The neon green on this top is UV / Blacklight reactive - it ties around the neck and also around the back. I absolutely love the clash of colors this top has along with third eye appliqué I made 🥵🌈💜🦋
Hand wash and lay flat to dry. I can also make this top in any other color combo just message me!! There may be slight variations as each top is uniquely made :)
